Incentives

Prosper with pro-growth policies.

In Mississippi, we understand that when business here thrives, we all benefit, and we structure our financial  incentives accordingly.  The vertical integration of our partnerships at the state, local and regional level gives us added effectiveness in tailoring assistance that will help your enterprise succeed over the long haul.

EPA, for example, offers the Rural Economic Development Loan Program for certain qualified businesses, for everything from site work to feasibility studies to operating capital.  We also work with local municipalities in structuring financial aid.  And all of our efforts are strengthened and reinforced by pro-growth programs at the state level.  To see Mississippi's complete array of incentives, grants, tax incentives and loans, read more here.
