Workforce

A world-class workforce.

Time and time again, CEOs tell us what they appreciate about our state is our great work ethic.  And while we agree Mississippi workers have the best attitude in the world, we also know that a ready-to-work labor force must have 21st century skills honed through intensive, 21st century training.

Mississippi's customized workforce training is second to none.  Through the Workforce Enhancement Training Fund, administered through the State Board of Community and Junior Colleges, Mississippi offers an outstanding no or low-cost collaborative training process implemented through the state's 15 community and two-year colleges.  Click here to read more about how this innovative program prepares world-class workers.
